No Other Rock

It is finished. ~ John 19:30

This simple sentence from our Lord and Savior just moments before His death is not one of defeat. It is of victory and triumph.

Jesus came to restore the lost knowledge of the true God; to provide a revelation of divine nature; to erect new ethical standards; to incarnate new ideals and to become moral Exemplar.

While He remained nailed to the cross, suffering, and cried My God, my God, why hast Thou foresaken Me?” Can we ever thank Him or appreciate Him enough?

Today, my prayer for you and I is that we’ll remember Christ’s finished works adn thank Him for his saving grace..
