Once again, Joel Osteen’s utter failure to uphold Christian truth in an age of apostacy only further supports what is all too clear about his teaching: it is spiritually bankrupt.

Here is a link to articles our ministry has created on Osteen’s heretical compromise that is anointed as “Christianity” today.

Hi, that's great insight from the book of Job. I talked yesterday that we have to be like Job, who presented sacrifices to the Lord for his children, though he actually didn't sin himself and was blameless. His intercession for others deserves our attention, that's true.

That's a good point Ron. But even though Joel (and many MANY others) don't specifically talk about Christ to the same extent as Peter, John, etc., I do believe he helps bring people to Christ and closer to Christ. I firmly believe that God uses all things and all people for His purpose - which it to bring us closer to Him.

Thanks for postin Ron, and God bless.

I have only one comment. NOTHING, but Christ counts. If anything else is presented, it amounts to nothing. Oh, I know many will disagree, but Christ Jesus was the first and only thing Peter, John, etc. ever talked about...........not anything else. So Joel, when you talk about Christ Jesus I will listen.

Rodney-That is a great song. Seems to be played quite a bit on the Christian stations here in the midwest part of the USA too (not just on "modern Christian" stations too). I saw them about four or five years ago when they had just put out "Set it Off" - interesting to reflect on how their style has changed since then.

While I still like their music, whenever they release a new disc, I listen to it a lot and then start listening to SIO and recall how much I love it. Guess I liked their "punk" style a little more than what they do now. But I still love it all, don't get me wrong.
